Rebecca A. Knollhuff

Rebecca A. Knollhuff has been a paralegal for more than 20 years and works with the firm’s transactional team in all aspects of corporate and real estate matters. Her skills include review of corporate governance, title, survey and UCC diligence, as well as lease review and compilation of lease abstracts, and review of easements, ancillary documents and lender documentation. Rebecca’s organizational skills are utilized during document and diligence review, closing checklist coordination and in completion of transaction post-closing follow up.
